GREATEST ILLS 1

they say the worst enemy is within and not without
that the greatest ills of humankind come from within,
a myrid of sweet-harmful not-rewarding endevors,
that which he listened to,
entertaining the thought in a discotheque mind that day,
the birth of that consequent idea that sprung his mind wild!
Ready to jump out, ready to yield,

Yesteday it spilled out the mouth tentatively,
and by dusk his friends, the legs and hands came knocking!
today the birth of mr. Habit dawns by dawn,
and 'pretty' names he gets for sure,
I-am-stressed, I-cant-do-it, I'l kill him, Its hard,
and blessed he is; too many names to say too much,
watch out for him!
the names bare cancerous traits, the record set straight
nonetheless not a condemnation
